Andy Couch – Reaching 50 years as a licensed financial advisor is a remarkable accomplishment, and in 2026, Andy Couch celebrates that extraordinary milestone.

Throughout his distinguished career, Andy has been privileged to serve generations of families, building lasting relationships founded on trust, integrity, and genuine care. Those friendships have been among the greatest rewards of his career, providing encouragement through life’s challenges and countless memorable moments along the way.

As Andy concludes this chapter of his professional life, he and his wife, Jane, look forward to continuing their travels and exploring destinations still on their list. Andy is also enjoying the opportunity to rekindle his love of music by learning to play the piano once again.

For more than 20 years, we at OFG Texas have had the privilege of working alongside Andy and getting to know both him and Jane. We are deeply grateful for his leadership, wisdom, and friendship, and we wish them many years of health, adventure, and happiness in retirement. We look forward to remaining a small part of their journey in the years ahead.

Greg Harris – After joining OFG Texas in 2014 following a successful career in industrial sales, Greg Harris spent the next 11 years building an outstanding financial advisory practice and serving clients with integrity and dedication.

In 2025, Greg and his wife, Rita, reached the point where they could transition into semi-retirement, allowing them to spend more time traveling and making memories with their growing family. While Greg has stepped back from his day-to-day responsibilities, he remains a valued member of the Oak Financial family. We are grateful for his many contributions and wish Greg and Rita all the best as they embrace this exciting new chapter.

Holly Carlson – We extend our heartfelt thanks to Holly Carlson for her seven wonderful years with OFG Texas. Many of our clients had the opportunity to know Holly, work with her, and experience firsthand her commitment to exceptional service. She approached every interaction with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine desire to put our clients first.

Holly was not only a valued colleague but also a joy to work alongside. As she and her husband, T.J., build their new homestead and begin this exciting chapter of life together, we hope they enjoy many peaceful mornings on the front porch, coffee in hand, reflecting on the rewards of their hard work. Holly will always be a cherished part of the OFG Texas family, and we wish them both continued happiness and success.
